Beau Jangles headlines Pepsi North America Cup nominees

At 0h03, on March 13, 2026 By Woodbine Communications

Woodbine Entertainment announced 54 three-year-old pacers have been nominated to the 43rd Pepsi North America Cup (G1).

The undefeated superstar Beau Jangles is the headliner of the 54 nominees after a perfect 12 for 12 rookie season that saw him named Horse of the Year in both Canada and the United States.

The Dr. Ian Moore trained Beau Jangles scored his biggest wins of 2025 in the Breeders Crown (G1) and Metro Pace (G1). The son of Cattlewash will look to join Tall Dark Stranger as the only horse to ever win the North America Cup at age three after winning both the Breeders Crown and Metro at age two.

This year’s $1 million Pepsi North America Cup is scheduled for Saturday, June 13 at Woodbine Mohawk Park. Eliminations will take place a week prior on Saturday, June 6.

The first sustaining payment for the North America Cup and all of Woodbine Mohawk Park’s major stakes in 2026 is due March 15. To make stakes payments online, click here.
