The second leg of the 2021 Buckeye Stallion Series for 3-year-old-filly pacers is scheduled for Sunday night (June 27) at MGM Northfield Park.  Thirty-nine filly pacers will go to the gate in five divisions, each with a purse of $ 17,500.

Three of the four winners from first leg action at Miami Valley on May 1 will compete in the second leg.

Two of the first leg winners will square off in the third division.  Pompatuse Of Love (Mr Wiggles), a winner in two of her four starts this year, with a best effort of 1:53.2, will be reined by Aaron Merriman for trainer Kimberly Dailey.  She will be matched up against Pal O Mine Hanover (Western Vintage) with Tony Hall for Terry Hall. Pal O Mine Hanover has a mark of 1:54.3 winning one time in eight starts this year.

The other opening leg winner is Diamond Official (Art Official).  Diamond Official has won two of four starts this year with a season’s best of 1:52.4.  The filly will be driven by Ronnie Wrenn Jr for Trent Stohler.

The five divisions are listed for races 2, 4, 6, 7, and 8. The first race post time at MGM Northfield Park is at 6:00pm.
