Circuit Régional To Debut On HPI

At 0h02, on July 14, 2021 By CRCCQ

This Saturday (July 17), St-Joseph-de-Lepage becomes the first stop in Circuit Régional des Courses de Chevaux du Québec (CRCQ) history to offer online wagering.

It will be available via Horseplayer Interactive (HPI) in most Canadian markets, so bettors from outside Québec can join the action from the Écurie des 4 G track. Viewers can also watch the races on Facebook Live; first post time is 1:00 pm.

The CRCQ tracks have traditionally provided professional racing in a rural setting with trackside AmTote wagering services. Offering the live card from St-Joseph-de-Lepage on HPI, Canada’s only legal online wagering platform, is a first in the venue’s 30-year history. A team will be assisting spectators at the track with signing up for HPI; new online bettors can sign up at hpibet.com anytime.

Saturday’s card includes the Épreuve des 3 Milles, a six-lap race with a $5,000 purse and $200 minimum guaranteed for each starter; a $4,000 Invitational and $3,000 Distaff Invitational Pace; and St-Joseph-de-Lepage’s first class for trotters only. The Association Trot et Amble du Québec (ATAQ) Amateur Drivers’ Challenge and the Challenge des Conductrices for female drivers add to the excitement.
