Florida Derby All Stakes Late Pick 5 Estimated Pool $2 Million

The final weekend of Gulfstream Park’s Championship Meet will see estimated pools of up to $2 million during Saturday’s Florida Derby Day and a mandatory payout of the 20-cent Rainbow 6 on Sunday.

The 14-race Florida Derby program has 10 stakes, five graded, worth $2.62 million. First race post time is 11:30 a.m.

The all-stakes Late Pick 5 on Derby Day, featuring the $1 million Curlin Florida Derby (G1) and three turf races, is estimated to have a pool of $2 million while the Late Pick 4 has an estimated pool of $1 million. The Early Pick 5, which features three turf races including the Orchid (G3) and Sand Springs, has an estimated pool of $750,000.

Sunday’s closing day will feature a mandatory payout of the Rainbow 6.
