Full brother pacers to tangle at Dover Downs Thursday

A pair of full brother pacers are set to compete against one another in the 11th race on Thursday (Dec. 30) at Dover Downs.

Red Power (Telllitlikeitis-Power Of Presence) and Power Of Tell will square off against one another in the same race.

The 5-year-old Red Power is trained by Brian Malone and owned by Peter Paul Venturini and has finished in the money in 17 of 24 starts this year. His lifetime earnings are $116,585. He drew post seven.

His younger brother, 4-year-old Power Of Tell, is trained and co-owned by William (Buddy) Bright and Dawn Webb. Power of Tell has finished in the money in 15 of 35 starts this season. However, he has an edge in lifetime money earned with $137,257. He drew post nine and scores from the second tier.

Dover Downs’ post time is 4:30 p.m.
