Kindergarten Finals set for Nov. 13 at Meadowlands

The Kindergarten Series has completed all rounds of preliminary legs and the standings toward the Nov. 13 finals are posted on The Meadowlands website.
Horses must be declared for the Kindergarten finals and consolations on Tuesday (Nov. 9) with the box closing at 9 a.m. Enter in the Kindergarten final class for both races. The top 10 will race in the final and the horses not among those will be directed to the consolation.
The final purses are all above the estimates this year and the Kindergarten offers the possibility for consolation races for those horses not accumulating enough points to get into the final. Those consolation purses are 25 percent of the purse pool from payments in each division and will range between $40,000 and $60,000 with an entry fee of just 1 percent of the purse for the both the final and consolation.
