This Thursday’s program at Yonkers Raceway will feature a $39,000 Fillies and Mares Open Handicap in the 8th race with the first post time at 6:55 p.m.

Mystical Carrie looks to be the horse to beat. The Erv Miller-trained posted two thirds and a fourth in her appearances in the Open late in 2021 and gets Marcus Miller back in the bike.

The homebred Guy Corbeil Lit De Rose saw her three-race win streak derailed by post seven on December 16, but she has an inside draw here and shown the ability to win both on the front-end and from behind. Trained and driven by Pat Lachance, she is 9-2 on the morning line.

Dragon Roll had a sensational 4-year-old campaign and is a well-known quantity in the Open. The Roll With Joe daughter out of Little Miss Dragon, won 12 of 33 races last season and earned $283,416.
