Massive mandatory payout looms for December 23

At 0h02, on December 16, 2021 By NEWSROOM

Woodbine Entertainment announced a mandatory payout on the Standardbred Jackpot Hi-5 will be offered on Thursday, December 23 at Woodbine Mohawk Park.

The Jackpot Hi-5 carryover currently sits at $454,917.91 following Monday evening’s (December 13) card of racing.

Horseplayers will have one final opportunity to hit the entire jackpot before the pre-Christmas mandatory payout, as the wager will be suspended following this Thursday’s (December 16) card in preparation for December 23.

The pre-Christmas Jackpot Hi-5 mandatory payout has become a tradition over the last several years at Woodbine, generating large pools and strong payouts just in time for the holidays.

Live racing continues every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Woodbine Mohawk Park. Post time is 7 p.m.
