Meadowlands Pace elimination fields drawn

The fields have been drawn for Saturday night’s (July 8) two eliminations for the $700,000 (est.) Meadowlands Pace, an open event for 3-year-olds at the Meadowlands.
Those fields, with post position, horse, driver, trainer and morning line odds, are as follows:
FIRST ELIMINATION (RACE 6 – PURSE $50,000)
- Voukefalas (Jordan Stratton, Michael Russo), 2-1
- Cannibal (Scott Zeron, Nancy Takter), 3-1
- Fulton (Dexter Dunn, Linda Toscano), 5-2
- Hungry Angel Boy (Todd McCarthy, Tony Alagna), 8-1
- Combustion (Todd McCarthy, Brett Pelling), 6-1
- Bamboozler (Dexter Dunn, Virgil Morgan Jr.), 12-1
- Its A Me Mario (Brian Sears, Shane Tritton), 15-1
SECOND ELIMINATION (RACE 10 – PURSE $50,000)
- Confederate (Tim Tetrick, Brett Pelling), 5-2
- Ammo (Dave Miller, Joe Holloway), 8-1
- Stockade Seelster (J. Jamieson, Dr. I. Moore), 3-1
- Gung Ho (Yannick Gingras, Ron Burke), 10-1

The top five official finishers in each elimination qualify for the final, which will take place on July 15.
