On October 17th at Flamboro Downs in the 9th race, a Win and Placed bet on No 2 LDL Gem, a Trifecta on 2 (1st and 2nd) with 1,3,4,6 and a Pick 3 (races 9, 10 and 11) on 2 in 9th, 1,2,6,7 in 10th and 1,6,9 in 11th. This good fellow ($ 60,764 in 2017-18) will be in her second consecutive start in this lower class than she faced in September. The fact that she will start from an inner position for the first time since September 11th is a factor that I consider enormously in her case (8,7,9). Having missed the podium in her last four, the meeting time has come for this mare synonymous with regularity.
