Pocono Downs cancels live racing Saturday; Saratoga cancels live racing Sunday

Out of an abundance of caution regarding the impending winter storm, opening day racing on Saturday (Feb. 15) at Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania has been canceled.

The first leg of the Game of Claims Late Closing Series will now be held on Feb. 22.

Weather permitting, racing is scheduled to take place at Pocono on Monday (Feb. 17), which will now serve as opening day for the track’s 2025 season. First post time on Monday is 1 p.m.

Due to the impending winter storm, live racing at Saratoga Casino Hotel is canceled for Sunday (Feb. 16).
