Post positions set for Grade 1 Adios

The post positions have been selected and drawn for the 59th edition of the Grade 1 Delvin Miller Adios Pace for the Orchids, presented by the Mickey Burke Family, to be contested this Saturday (July 26) at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows.

By rule, the elimination heat winners, Swingtown and Twisted Destiny, selected their posts. Swingtown won the luck of the draw between the two, and trainer Ron Burke selected post four. Twisted Destiny’s trainer Chris Ryder then chose post three.

Twisted Destiny has been installed as the 2-1 morning Line favorite, followed by Prince Hal Hanover (3-1) and Swingtown (4-1).

Note that Rick Wink will be adding Lasix for Saturday’s race.

The Adios final will be Race #15 on the Saturday card, with first race post set for 11:30 a.m.
