Series Finals set for this week at The Meadows

The second round of Spring Series events will wrap up this week at The Meadows.

On Wednesday (April 24), it’s the Ruby Cook Memorial Series final for 3-year-old filly pacers. Muse La Rouge, trained by Michael Hitchcock, is 2-for-2 in the series and will look for the sweep. Dave Palone will drive the daughter of Captaintreacherous.

On Thursday (April 25), the Margaret Provost Memorial Series will wrap up for sophomore filly trotters. Lexi B, a homebred Southwind Frank filly for the Burke Stable, is undefeated in the series and 3-for-4 in her brief career. She has drawn post seven in the field of seven.
