The Gala des Champions moved to April 16

At 0h01, on February 3, 2022 By STEVEN WOLF/DANIEL DELISLE

Mr. François Carignan, Director of Operations at the Hippodrome 3R, was pleased to announce in recent days that the Gala des Champions, promised for a later date, has finally been set for Saturday, April 16, on the very premises of the racecourse. No one doubts that this formula has been a great success, every time it has been taken up.

The Gala des Champions honors the leading horse people and top horses from the 2021 harness racing season.

Best of all, François was happy to announce the menu for this annual festival of horse people. Thus, we will find on this menu a mechoui with beef, pork, chicken, as well as a salmon loin, all embellished with four salads to choose from (caesar, creamy cabbage, spinach and pasta). Four kinds of cheese will also be available for guests. The meal will end with a toxedo, which is a very popular dessert.   A menu of choice as we can see.

For people who have not yet reserved their place and according to the measures in place at that time, they can always do so by contacting François at the racetrack, at 819-374-6734 ext. 225 or on his cell phone at 819-690-5399.

No one doubts that this unifying event will help kick off a whole new 2022 racing season at H3R.
