Update On Trois-Rivieres Accident (video)

Following the accident in the 4th race on Sunday June 6 at Hippodrome Trois-Rivières, Charles Gaudreault’s horse, Moonbeam Godro was put down. Mario Côté’s horse, Son Of Shakira, is also injured and should miss a few weeks of activity.

Drivers Marie Claude Auger and David Pilon were taken by ambulance to the hospital. Marie Claude Auger had a possible concussion and David Pilon a possible broken ankle. Driver Mario Cote injured his foot but did not go to the hospital.
