20-year-old Justin Walters has started to gain momentum in his driving career at The Meadows. After earning his “A” license earlier this year, Walters averaged four drives per card over the past four cards. He started out driving mostly for his father, trainer Steve Walters, but has now been picking up catch drives. Walters has won 13 races in 165 local drives this year.
