Gulfstream (T) – 10th race : (3) TRISH THE DISH is wheeling back after making a strong 6-wide rally to finish 2nd – beaten a length – at this level and distance.
Aqueduct (T) – 6th race : (6) CIVIL WAR is the horse to beat as he plunges in class out of the Grade 3 Withers into this starter optional claimer.
Santa Anita (T) – 5th race : (5) JUST DISTORTED ran fairly well in her runner-up debut. She took dirt racing inside and behind, rallied steadily through the lane, and “won” the race for second though no match for the late-running winner.
Turfway Park (T) – 5th race : (4) SAMURAI PRINCE faces older runners for the first time but has the speed to be in contention throughout and is capable of improvement.
Western Fair (H) – 7th race : (4) KD ROSES she’s the one to beat here.
Meadowlands (H) – 3rd race : (5) SOSSY’S KING KONG did not get his kind of trip last week, so don’t be too hard on him.
Woodbine Mohawk (H) – 1st race : (9) VINES TO HEAVEN raced decently vs much better when claimed by Auciello and she will be very hard to beat here if Drury can clear to the front with her before they reach the 1/4
Yonkers (H) – 3rd race : (2) BETTOR’S HEART N closed with plenty of pace last week but was stuck behind stale cover and had too far to some. Trip shouldn’t be a problem tonight.
