Three horses here are coming in from the favorites and lower in the non-winners of $ 15,000 in their last five starts. No 4 is the favorite and he has just had two races with last quarters in 26:4 but he was far behind and did not make the podium. When he tries to run forward, he is content with last quarters in 28.
