On August 31st in Saratoga in the 7th race (6 Furlongs | Dirt | MSW), a Win and Placed bet on No 5 Big Birthday (5/2), an Exacta on 5 with 4,6,7, an Exacta on 4,6,7 with 5 as well as a Trifecta on 5 with 4,6,7 with 1,3,4,6,7 and a Trifecta on 4,6,7 with 5 with 1,3,4,6,7. No 6 Smile More (2/1) is a favorite and I’m going to use it in my exotic bets but I do not think he’s ready for the ultimate effort with only a start to his credit. No 7 French Empire (3/1) finished with a head start on my choice at the last start but had a favorable starting position. Today he will have to go outside of my choice. No 4 Baccarat fashion (15/1) shows a lot of speed and will be part of my choices. No 5 Big Birthday (5/2) will be in his third start and at his last, he had an out position. His attempt to join the leader group cost him dearly, being the majority of 7 Furlongs in the fourth path. Today, the opposition will come from outside and the furlong of less should help him.
