Fashion Frenzie Ties Canadian Trotting Record

Fashion Frenzie became the co-fastest trotter in Canadian harness racing history on Monday, June 16 at Woodbine Mohawk Park as he upset at 11-1 in the $36,000 Preferred.

He was fastest away for Louis-Philippe Roy from post five but accepted the pocket as Osceola (Doug McNair) pushed forward to lead to the quarter in :26.4. McNair maintained a moderate tempo to the half in :55.3, and the field traveled in single-file formation into the final bend.
