Incaseyoudidntknow impressive in third straight Weiss Series win

At 0h05, on April 20, 2021 By POCONO DOWNS

The Always B Miki filly Incaseyoudidntknow became the only sophomore pacing miss to win in all three of her Bobby Weiss preliminary action at The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono, overcoming the outside post six, broken equipment, and a hard uncovered journey while taking a new mark of 1:52.2.

Away fourth for driver Marcus Miller in her $17,500 section, Incaseyoudidntknow started on the limb midway between the :27 quarter and the :56.3 half, and she just kept gaining to and past the 1:23.4 three-quarters. With foes coming from every direction, Incaseyoudidntknow paced resolutely to the wire for a two length victory, with her own last half in :55.2 despite her hardships, and she remains undefeated in three 2021 starts and boosted her lifetime record to seven-for-eight for trainer Les Givens and the partnership of Jim Magno and Joe Fonte.

In all, 11 horses posted lifetime quickest miles during Monday’s 14 races.
