Inner position

Inner position

At 9h00, on September 20, 2018 By Christian Gendron

On September 20th at Belmont Park in the 9th race (1M1 / 16 | turf | Rail at 18 feet), a Win and Placed bet on No 2 Emmy Performance (6/1), an Exacta Box on 1,2,7, an Exacta on 2 with 1,7,8 and on 1,7,8 with 2 and a Trifecta on 2 (1st and 2nd) with 1,3,4,7,8. Before betting, make sure that the race is really on turf, because lately we have fewer winners but some events have been transferred to the dirt because of the weather. Entries 1 and 1A are established favorites and if they team up on track, they will be difficult to beat because the 1A Supercommittee likes to take the lead and cut the race and if the fractions are fast, it will favor the No 1 Data Dependent which is the best of both. The detachable fence is 18 feet, making the turns narrower and it is important not to fall far behind when leaving and to be at a good distance from the leader. No 8 Brattata is the other threat. This filly has raced in G3 races and will be back on long distance after a run of five Furlongs and coach Chad Brown shows us a 29 % in such conditions (sprint | distance). No. 2 Emmy performance (6/1) will have Rosario back on the saddle and, with the inner position, this horse will not need to make two moves to be well placed and that could make the difference.

Jockey: Joel Rosario 20 % – Coach: Brian Lynch 14 %

Proposed bet: September 20th, Belmont Park, race 9

Win and Placed : Horse No 2

(Win: the chosen horse must finish first at the finish line)

(Placed: the chosen horse must finish among the first two at the finish line)

Exacta Box : 1,2,7

Exacta: 2 with 1,7,8 and on 1,7,8 with 2

(Exacta: Choose two horses that must finish first and second, in the chosen order)

(Box: This bet allows you to buy all possible combinations for selected bet and selected horses. Be aware that every additional combination will raise your ticket value)

Trifecta: 2 (1st and 2nd) with 1,3,4,7,8

(Trifecta: Choose the three horses that will finish in order at the finish line)
