Intriguing horse

At 9h00, on September 14, 2018 By Christian Gendron

On September 14th at Belmont Park in the 4th race (6 Furlongs | turf), a Win and Placed bet on No 2 Cover Model (5/1), an Exacta on 2 with 1,5,6,11, an Exacta on 1,5,6,11 with 2, a Trifecta on 2 with 1,5,6,11 with 1,3,5,6,7,11, a Trifecta on 1,2 with 11 with 1,2,3,5,6,7 and a Trifecta on 1,2 with 1,2,3,5,6,7 with 11. The majority of them had their baptism together on August 19th in Saratoga and the best of the group, the No 6 Alternative Energy (5/2) is established favorite but the only reason is that he was the best on this day even if he seemed emptied in the last 100 feet. No 11 Tapping Colors (3/1), the second choice of the program, is the most experienced with seven starts on his record and, in my opinion, he is the one to beat with three second places in his last three starts. No 1 Rarities (6/1) finished stuck to the favorite on August 19th having done all the work and attacked from all sides. He has the talent to win with this inner position. No 2 Cover Model (5/1) is intriguing. He was also part of the race of August 19th but was pushed into the inner fence early in the race and he ended up last. Despite a short run of 5½ Furlongs, he came back to finish fourth just 2¼ from No 6 and No 1. So with a milder mile, he could end up in the winner’s circle.
