Gulfstream Park’s mandatory payout of the 20-cent Rainbow 6 Sunday will have an estimated pool of $1.25 million.

The current carryover after Saturday’s 11-race program is $143,020.93.

First race post Sunday is 12:50 ET. The Rainbow 6 sequence begins with Race 4 at 2:24.

In the race 4, Mr. Peeks, who ran in the 2023 Florida Derby (G1), drops to the bottom here and gets blinkers. He’s won twice at Gulfstream, but not at the distance. Miguel Vasquez gets the mount. Tshiebwe also takes a drop for trainer Jose Castro while Backonthechaingang cuts back from a mile. Leading rider Samy Camacho gets on Troops who comes in from Tampa and gets blinkers off.

Just six are entered in the race 6 and Grade 2 winner Steal Sunshine comes into the race off a two-month break and after running in four consecutive graded races. He’s won seven races at Gulfstream, but only one of seven at the distance. Alexander Helios returns from a nine-month layoff for Saffie Joseph Jr. after spending 2025 competing in graded races at Churchill Downs, Oaklawn Park and Charles Town. Captain Danny has a win and four seconds in his last five starts for Victor Barboza. Edgard Zayas has the mount.

The Rainbow 6 concludes with a wide-open field of 10. Lightly raced Ghostlight drops in company from $35,000 for trainer Joseph for the first time. Joseph is 25-percent with first timers. Camacho rides Chefeta who made her first three starts at a mile on the turf at Tampa for Chad Stewart. Kiss Me for Luck is coming off five consecutive turf races at a mile.
