Unaquoi will prove the local handicapper wrong

Unaquoi will prove the local handicapper wrong

At 21h23, on July 9, 2018 By Christian Gendron

Monday, July 9, on the lawn of Delaware Park. Race number 8 on 5 furlongs (5/8 of a mile).

The No. 3 Unaquoi is to watch in this 25 000$ claiming race. The two favorites of the local handicapper, No. 2 Dancing Lucy and No. 6 Bioterp are the only horses that are not “to be claimed”. No. 2 Dancing Lucy shows us only one start in 19 months and No. 6 Bioterp has one win in two years.

A “To claim” horse, so down a class, No. 3 Unaquoi should take the opportunity to sign a win after participating in a 50 000$ stake race and after winning a second place in Suffolk in upper classes. In addition, his training in 46:60 on 4 furlongs of June 26th tells us that everything is in place for the ultimate effort.

Jockey: Gerald Almodovar 19% victory rate. –  Trainer: OL Figgins 15%

Proposed bet: july 9, Delaware Park, 8th race

3$ exacta key: 3 with 2,5,6,7 (4 combinations = 12$)

1$ exacta: 2,3 and 5,3 and 6,3 and 7,3 (4 combinations = 4$)

1$ trifecta key: 3 with 2,5,6,7 (12 combinations = 12$)

(Exacta: Choose 2 horses that will finish first and second, in selected order.) (Trifecta: Choose 3 horses that will finish first, second and third, in selected order) (Key: like a Box, the key allows you to buy all possible combinations but only the ones where the selected key horse is first. Be aware that every combination raises the ticket cost.)
