Wednesday racing set to begin at Hoosier

Harrah’s Hoosier Park is set to make the transition to a four-day week of racing with the addition of Wednesday cards beginning on April 16 with a 13-race card set to get underway at 6:15 p.m.

With the additional night of racing also comes more guaranteed wagers for the betting public to take aim at. The Wednesday guarantees will mirror that of Thursday, with $10,000 guarantees on the Early Pick-5 (races 1-5), Late Pick-4 (last four races carded), and Late Hoosier High 5 (last race carded).

Hoosier Park will continue on a Wednesday through Saturday schedule through June 21, before adding Tuesdays beginning on June 24. Standard first post for each night of racing at Hoosier Park is 6:15 p.m.
