In her season’s debut, Manchego overcame a tough first over trip to win the $141,250 Arthur J. Cutler Memorial for free for all trotters on Saturday (May 15) at The Meadowlands.

Trained by Nancy Takter and driven by Dexter Dunn, the 6-year-old daughter of Muscle Hill stopped the timer in 1:51.1 in defeating Majestic Player A (Yannick Gingras) by a nose. Guardian Angel AS (Tim Tetrick), who cut fractions of :26.3, :54.4 and 1:23.2, finished third by a neck.
