The horse to beat

At 8h00, on October 7, 2018 By Christian Gendron

On October 7th at Hippodrome 3R in the 10th race, a Win and Placed bet on No 1 Akoya, an Exacta on No 1 with 5,6,8,9, a Key Trifecta on No 1 with 5,6,8,9 and Superfecta on 1 with 5,6 with 5,6,8,9 with 2,3,5,6,8,9 (0.20 cents, cost: $ 4.80). In this bunch of nine horses, five of them have no win in 2018 for a combined of 0 in 58. No 5 Northern Juno (5/2) is the favorite of the morning rating and this horse race better when it is ahead, which could be a problem because a lot of speed is inside. No 6 Giddy Up Blackfly (4/1) is the one who could benefit from fast fractions on the condition of not being first on the outside but, with a covered mile, it will be dangerous. No 1 Akoya will not have to trade with Big Yellow and the Rideau 5/8 track. He shows us a good victory on August 19th of the seventh starting position. He defeated DGs Machbeach and he has just won in this class by seven lengths, which makes Akoya the horse to beat.

Proposed bet: October 7th, Hippodrome 3R, race 10

(Superfecta: Choose 4 horses that will finish first, second, third and fourth in selected order)
